We have a customer who is the largest ophthalmic manufacturer in India. The company sells lenses to over 500 retail customers in India.
Company had following pain points –
1) The problem company has is that sales executive has no insight in to production like inventory, order status, outstanding invoices, offers and so on.
2) While company has no visibility in to where the sales person has gone and what he has done.
A classic case for mobile application for field sales management where a 2 way interaction can happen between field sales to the company and company to the field sales.
